We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
Input data from various sources into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently
Verify and correct data where necessary
Update and maintain database information as needed
Generate reports and extract relevant information as requested
Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or paper)
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), data entry software, and typing
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or document management systems
Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy
Office-based or remote (depending on company policy)
May involve repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting and typing
