We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Office, excellent typing skills, a good understanding of bookkeeping, and clear, legible handwriting. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for managing office tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth data entry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate computer systems and office equipment efficiently to input data, process information, and produce reports.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely, ensuring information is correctly entered into databases and software.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and reports using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, invoices, receipts, and other related documents.
Process, track, and organize records and files in a systematic manner.
Manage and organize correspondence, ensuring that all documents are appropriately filed and retrievable.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for distribution.
Ensure that all data and documents are kept confidential and secure.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
Excellent handwriting with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle several administrative tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bookkeeping or computer operations is a plus.
Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or bookkeeping is an advantage.
