Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Paperwork Executive to manage the daily documentation and transport-related paperwork. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of transport documents, route/location awareness, and be comfortable handling day-to-day administrative transport duties.

Key Responsibilities:
•Create and manage challans and other transport-related documents.
•Maintain accurate records of deliveries, dispatches, and receipts.
•Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and submitted on time.
•Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams for documentation needs.
•Assist in the collection of documents from field locations when required.
•Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all transport documents.
•Be familiar with local routes and locations for quick coordination.
•Perform any other transport-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:
•Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
•Male candidates only
•Freshers and candidates with experience in transport/logistics paperwork are welcome
•Basic knowledge of creating challans, bills, and documentation
•Should be familiar with local areas and routes
•Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
•Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English
