The candidate should support management, staff, and visitors by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and creating a professional and welcoming environment.
As an Administrative Assistant in the real estate sector, your role is critical in coordinating sales documentation, scheduling, and communication, all while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Managing office tasks, including filing, indexing, generating reports, presentations, and maintaining documentation.
· Assisting the sales team with preparing customer-related documentation.
· Providing real-time scheduling support, including booking appointments and managing calendar conflicts.
· Coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and restaurant reservations for employees and clients.
· Screening and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
· Preparing meeting minutes, creating presentations, and conducting market or project-specific research.
· Greeting and assisting clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
· Maintaining a well-organized office, reordering supplies, and ensuring equipment functionality.
· Collaborating with the marketing team for event coordination and promotional tasks when required.
· Providing IT support & regular checks on office maintenance.
· Staying updated on local regulations and property details to assist in compliance and document verification.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Education: Associate’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.
· Experience: Previous administrative experience in the real estate or property development industry.
· Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate CRMs.
· Expertise in record-keeping and documentation.
· Strong knowledge of land documents and related processes.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective verbal and written communication in Kannada and English.
