We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms like Company Website, Amazon India, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with seller panels, inventory management systems, and order processing, as well as strong analytical skills using tools like Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the company website is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for conversions.
Oversee daily operations on Amazon India, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and optimized performance.
Handle seller panels for product listings, catalogue updates, descriptions, images and content optimization to enhance visibility and drive sales.
Set up and manage Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) operations, including shipments, inventory tracking, and competitive pricing strategies.
Coordinating order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure smooth operations.
Developing and executing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Managing social media channels and online advertising platforms.
Process sales orders received from customers, ensure accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfilment and timely delivery
Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.
Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
Develop a solid understanding of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively support the design team.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Efficiently process orders, coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatch, and manage returns, replacements, and customer queries.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to implement dynamic pricing strategies that improve profitability and sales volume.
Strategically plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize ROI and sales performance.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and sales during key seasons, sales events, and platform-specific opportunities.
Ensure strict adherence to platform guidelines and policies to maintain a healthy seller account and avoid penalties.
Stay updated with the latest platform tools, policy changes, and industry best practices to drive operational efficiency and maximize platform performance.
Requirements:
Graduation in commerce/arts/science or equivalent
1+years in e-commerce platforms, with expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and FBA.
Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and experience running platform ads.
