Daily order processing, product listing, inventory management, and return handling on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Track order status and ensure smooth delivery operations.
Handle customer queries and complaints related to orders via email/calls/chat.
Maintain proper records and generate sales/stock reports as needed.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams for product uploads and promotions.
Manage day-to-day eCommerce backend operations smoothly.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English (written & verbal).
Good leadership qualities – able to handle team coordination and task management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Prior experience in e-commerce operations will be preferred.
