The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong skills in task delegation, coordination, follow-ups, and administrative management. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth workflow across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support & Office Management:

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other business correspondence.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

2. Task Delegation & Follow-ups:

• Assign and track tasks delegated to various team members, ensuring timely completion.

• Monitor progress on key projects and follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows through effective communication and coordination.

3. Coordination Between Teams & Departments:

• Act as a bridge between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
