Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Conduct technical presentations to educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, guiding them through initial setup and implementation. Manage and maintain existing accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to enhance their experience.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value and company revenue.Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.Requirements:Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or technical support.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.Experience with onboarding new clients and guiding them through product adoption.Ability to manage existing accounts effectively, ensuring retention and growth.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.customer success associate
