Maintain and manage data in Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Handle attendance and payroll management across different portals.
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.
Ensure timely data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and employee records.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize reporting processes.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee information.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Experience in attendance and payroll management using different portals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Prior experience in HRMS or payroll software is a plus.
