We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Solar Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy and looking to contribute to the growth of the solar industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for the Solar Sales team.
Generate and analyze sales data, provide insights on sales trends, and monitor sales performance against targets.
Develop customized reports for various departments to track the progress of solar product sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales metrics and KPIs, identify patterns, and propose improvements to achieve sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide timely data support.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of the Solar Sales department.
System Integration & Data Accuracy:
Ensure data integrity by cross-checking data sources and maintaining up-to-date records in the company’s sales management system.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve existing sales tracking systems and tools.
Forecasting & Strategy Support:
Assist in forecasting sales trends, generating sales projections, and identifying opportunities for growth within the solar market.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for strategic planning activities for the Solar Sales department.
Client & Sales Database Management:
Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, leads, and prospects, ensuring the information is up-to-date and accessible for the sales team.
Assist in the preparation and management of sales-related documentation and contracts.
Process Improvement:
Proactively suggest improvements to existing reporting processes and sales tracking systems to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales data flow, reporting processes, and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
Experience with CRM systems, sales software, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data visualization, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and sales data management systems.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Desirable:
Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Basic understanding of solar sales processes and industry-specific metrics.
