Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

• Making MIS Reports on Daily/weekly/ monthly basis
• Meticulously working on the data collated for various departments (FARMING SALES, WTP & DESCALING SERVICES) and preparing comprehensive reports
• Follow up and update the order prediction tracker for farming & regular customers with product & service category wise, in separate rows) as per last PO period and record the updates on daily basis.
• Update the water sample collection tracker and lab report submission status for FARMING SALES on daily basis.
• Update the Google ratings tracker for the ratings received from the customers of Farming, WTP Services and descaling services in technician wise.
• Making cold calls to the customers
• To update data in the CRM software
• Completion of other related tasks assigned by the in-charge.
• Continuous knowledge developments on Products (work along within other executives for knowledge development
