Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure proper documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support various departments with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
