Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support to clients by addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met.

• Coordinate effectively with all internal departments (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients, showcasing features and benefits to ensure proper understanding and satisfaction.

• Assist in managing and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and track project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and operational activities.

• Work closely with the team to resolve any operational challenges or issues that may arise.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance and client feedback.
