Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive / Client Servicing Executive to join Coverwise IMF LLP.
The role involves end-to-end client support for policy issuance, documentation, backend coordination with insurance companies, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries, renewals, endorsements, and basic claims coordination

• Prepare insurance quotes and proposals via online portals

• Maintain client data, generate MIS reports in Excel

• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy servicing and issue resolution

• Deliver excellent after-sales client experience

Key Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Attention to detail and task management

• Client-first approach and a positive attitude

Salary: [8k-15k] (depending on skills and experience)
