Job Description:

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable with basic computer systems, Excel, and operational support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat and provide timely resolution

• Maintain operational data and reports in Excel

• Perform backup and recovery of essential data

• Support daily operation tasks to ensure workflow efficiency

• Coordinate with internal departments when needed

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and proactive in work approach

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, report generation)

• Familiarity with data backup and basic system operations

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• General computer literacy and documentation handling
