Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between QA, QC, R&D, Accounts, and the Manufacturing Plant to ensure operational efficiency. Process Optimization: Monitor and streamline transactions and operational processes to minimize delays and enhance productivity. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities and provide timely reports and insights to the Director.Quality & Compliance Support: Assist QA and QC teams in ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.Financial Transactions & Budgeting: Coordinate with Accounts to ensure accurate billing, payments, and budget tracking related to manufacturing and R&D projects.Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight: Work with the Manufacturing Plant to track raw material availability, production schedules, and supply chain movements.Issue Resolution: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to prevent disruptions.Documentation & Standardization: Ensure all transactions, processes, and SOPs are well-documented and adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall business performance.
