Overseeing Helpee's daily Hyderabad operations, monitor employees and daily operations to meet the strategic goal set for a particular department.
Maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses:
Developing and justifying vertical-specific budgets, overseeing resource allocation while maintaining budgetary control & enforcing business policies
Process improvement:
Implementing operational best practices & driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth Management:
Driving sustainable and profitable growth of the business by increasing customer base, optimizing pricing, marketing, & sales.
Customer Retention Management:
Develop aggressive retention strategies with the city leads based on customer feedback.
Revenue & Target:
Guide and monitor teams to ensure adherence to revenue and profit targets for the quarter as set up by management.
Quality Management:
Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of services.
Sourcing & On-boarding Helpee Hands (Partners) to the platform
Follow up with customers & solve issues that arise
Build strategic alliances with apartments, eldercare homes, clinics, hospitals, and related institutions
Fulfill service request forwarded from PAN India city leads.
Allocate & follow up tasks to Helpee Hands as per requirements.
Supporting the operations team with any additional duties that may arise•
