Job Summary:
The Payroll Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This includes overseeing payroll data, calculating wages, managing deductions, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The role also involves preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other compensation components.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of necessary payroll documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly to employees.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Knowledge of payroll software and systems
