Job Summary:

IOTAFLOW is seeking a Junior Tender Executive & Document Controller to support our tendering and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tender submissions, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze relevant tenders from government and private sectors.

• Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

• Maintain an organized repository of tender-related documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical, etc.) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing technical and commercial proposals.

• Track tender deadlines, submission statuses, and follow up on bid results.

• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company policies.

• Handle correspondence related to tenders, including pre-bid queries and clarifications.

• Maintain a database of past tenders, pricing structures, and competitor analysis.

• Support in post-tender documentation and compliance requirements.
