Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the salon (appointments, inventory, cleanliness, etc.).

Recruit, train, and supervise staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.).

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Monitor and manage the salon's budget, sales targets, and profitability.

Create marketing strategies and promotions to attract new customers.

Maintain salon health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health regulations.

Prepare reports on salon performance and staff productivity.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, hair services, and salon operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of budgeting and business operations.

Familiarity with salon management software (POS systems, appointment booking apps).

Diploma or certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or Business Management (preferred).
