Job Description: Content Editor
We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in editing. Your work will comprise
of:
1. Proofreading and Editorial QC - Proofreading and editing the final data that
goes into printing.
2. Fact-Checking - Verifying the accuracy of factual information, including
names, dates, statistics, and references, to ensure the content's credibility.
3. Creating supplementary book materials such as table of contents, list of
contributors and indexes, if applicable.
4. Multiple levels of proof-checking as required and guided by the editorial
managers.
5. Conduct final checks before the book moves on to typesetting and
production, ensuring all corrections have been made.

MS Word (Basic knowledge)
MS Excel (Basic knowledge)
Pdf (Not a mandate)
Requirement:
 Any Graduate (Regular). Preferably, a graduate of English (Hons.) Graduates in
Journalism/Philosophy/Psychology/Pol. Science/History also welcome.
 Communication skills of candidates should be excellent. They should be able
to fluently communicate in English and can comprehend the language as well.
