Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team and bring the perfect start to our guests' day. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing a variety of breakfast dishes, with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items including classic English breakfast, pancakes, caramel custard, eggs to order, and other morning favorites.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following hygiene and food safety standards.

Manage prep and mise-en-place efficiently to handle morning rushes.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings.

Monitor inventory and assist in managing breakfast-specific supplies and ingredients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role.

Expertise in preparing English breakfast, pancakes, and desserts like caramel custard.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.

Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
