Contact prospective and existing candidates via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide detailed information about our courses.
Build strong relationships with students and assist them in choosing suitable programs.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and student database for follow-ups and reporting.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve outreach strategies.
Research educational institutions and develop leads for placement and partnership opportunities.
