Job description: -
1. Counselling parents or students and informing them about various career
options available in partner University after class 12th or Graduation.
2. Maintaining the record of conversation on provided CRM.
3. Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in
coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
4. Handling the End-to-End admission process and facilitating the entire enrollment
process.
5. Resolving queries of students and their parents related to course,
University and admission process.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
1. Experience in consultative Sales profile.
2. Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and
positive attitude.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Should be able to work on Software / Technology used in Company
for lead management/CRM.
6. Ready to travel if required at the Partner University location.
