Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible to handle inbound & outbound inquiries
● Ensure all inquiries are well counselled and educated about IRM examinations
● Educate and create awareness about enterprise risk management
● Provide all information about the Institute positively and with the right passion so the inquiring leads are confident about the programme
● Handling admission enquiries at the institute (Interact with prospective clients, students, working professionals; explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structures etc. Ensure all admission documentation is completed effectively).
● Respond to general inquiries and provide information to students, professionals in regards to the IRM curriculum
● Prepare MIS in respect to the inquiries made and feedback on the same
● Follow up with students as per the deadline date for enrolment
● Guide the student with proper fees structure and admission procedures
● Learn to multitask and prioritise the tasks in hand and meet targets as set by the Head of department
● Handle the CRM software
● Effectively communicate over emails
● Interact with clients in a group through workshops
● Strategise and analyse trends, market outlook
● Ideate and execute newer sales and business development strategies
● Support marketing department with insights on inquiries, new way to promote the programmes, etc.
● Ensure full knowledge is imparted about all courses in order to provide the information to students and working professionals.
