Screens potential business deals by analyzing market, customer’s requirements & evaluating
available options.
Resolving internal conflicts & managing priorities.
Customer relationship management.
Ensuring ‘customer delight’.
Conducting timely visits at the client side, for payment collections.
Ensuring recurring / renewal business from the same client
Managing monthly-operations-MIS & reports.
Should be able to coordinate with various teams, in order to close any new business deals.
Should be able to integrate contract requirements with business operations.
Proactively updates job-knowledge, by participating in various training-opportunities & forums, ormay
be by reading professional publications relevant to the area of work.
Functional Competencies Required:
Should have knowledge of fabrication or any other ‘sheet metal industries’.
Should be familiar with different kind of ‘sheet metal operations’, like: ‘laser cutting, bending /
forming, welding, machining, blasting, etc.’
Should have exposure towards different kind of surface treatment processes & packing standards,etc.
Should have knowledge of costing.
Should have the ability to locate untapped potential businesses.
