Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
