Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Engagement
Develop effective communication strategies to engage with prospective students and provide them with detailed information about our programs.
Ensure clarity in conveying the value of our courses and the advantages of pursuing a career in clinical research.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Conduct calls to potential candidates to generate interest in our training programs and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Maintain an organized database of follow-ups and track inquiries, ensuring consistent communication and timely responses to prospective students.
Face-to-Face Consultations:
Handle face-to-face inquiries enthusiastically, discussing course details and addressing any concerns prospective students may have.
Make personalized recommendations based on the individual needs and aspirations of students.
Customer Service Excellence:
Demonstrate aggressive marketing techniques while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Provide exceptional service by ensuring all prospective inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within an educational or training environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage with diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Presentable and approachable personality with the capability to handle inquiries in both phone and face-to-face settings.
Data Management: Proficient in maintaining records of inquiries, follow-ups, and leads effective tracking and reporting.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules and handle both inbound and outbound inquiries.
