Job Description
- Interact with clients, confidently and professionally
- Provide appropriate Package/Benefits details of our Match-making Services to clients on Phone/Emails/WhatsApp
- Contact clients immediately once bio-data/profile is shared in the group & understand their Requirement properly
- Based on requirement of client, match specific Profiles we have
- Initiate and manage the matchmaking service process proactively
- Think of new and efficient ways to complete work and improve service
- Ensure smooth coordination and profile matching based on client preferences
- When specific profiles are approved by client, Co-ordinate & fix meeting with matching Profile
- Tracking status of client Queries/grievances using MS Excel
- MIS Reporting : Keep Sr Management posted about the progress on multiple cases
- At planned stage, Collect fee and if required Follow up on Service Payments
- Work under pressure and manage multiple profiles and cases at once 
- Take complete responsibility of assigned tasks and follow through without reminders
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the brand’s values
Requirements
- Graduate | 2+ years in Client Relationship/Operations/similar work experience
- English & Hindi : Good communication skills, written & verbal. Kannada PLUS
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business / Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to work with grace under pressure
- Professional attitude with a customer-first Mindset
