Issuance of the Welcome Letter. Getting the KYC Documents and Sending Welcome mail. Regularly following up with client for dues and also to facilitate client for easy disbursement of payments. Issuance of the demand notes as per progress of the construction and collection of the payments Recovery of the balance payment. Regularly sending the pre-intimation and intimation mails of work completion status to clients for their arrangement of funds in advance and to help timely collections. Issuance of the receipts against the payments received Making the agreements related to stamp duty and registration. Overseeing the loan disbursement facility wherever applicable. Making MIS Report. Resolving customer queries & escalations.
