Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Dietitian with strong counselling expertise to join our team at Watch Your Health. In this role, you will work closely with patients to understand their health goals and dietary requirements, offering tailored nutritional plans and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to assess health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans based on individual requirements

• Maintain accurate patient records through strong computer and data entry skills

• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide holistic care

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, or a Postgraduate Diploma/M.Sc. in a related field

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting

• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
