We are seeking a diligent and target-driven Collections Executive to manage loan recovery for our customers. The role involves following up on overdue payments, maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Contact customers via phone, email, and field visits (if applicable) to follow up on overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements within the company’s approval matrix.
Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.
Experience in unsecured loan collections (e.g., personal loans, business loans).
Field collections experience will be an added advantage.
