Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience Required: minimum 6 months in collection department
Cases distribution, Allocation, Collection and monitoring the floor.
Set the priority of FT & NIP cases accordingly.
Tracking of Pendency in each Hour.
Maintain the attendance sheet.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
