Job Description – Customer Care Executive (CCE)
Location: Vidhya Vihar, MHL Lab
⏰ Job Timing: 9 hours shift
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
✔ Assist patients with appointment bookings, test inquiries, and report collection.
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
✔ Coordinate with lab technicians and operations teams for smooth service.
✔ Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer care role (healthcare experience preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
