Job Description – Inbound Calls
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Care Executive / Sr. Customer Care Representative to manage inbound customer interactions. This role requires handling a high volume of calls efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Having a call center background will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
· Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries effectively
· Maintain call logs and update systems accurately
· Follow communication “scripts” where applicable
· Collaborate with team members and other departments when necessary
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
