Job Description – Outbound Calls
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive / Sr. Customer Care Representative to handle outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer engagement.
Freshers with a strong command of communication and email etiquette are encouraged to apply.
Having a call center background will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries
Maintain detailed call records and update CRM or internal systems
Follow communication scripts and campaign guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
Email Communication – Ability to draft clear and professional emails
Active Listening and ability to respond appropriately
Problem-Solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
Strong Interpersonal Skills and team collaboration
Ability to Multitask and manage workload efficiently
