We are seeking a motivated and professional TELECALLER to join our team for FAST CREDIT DEAL in HYDERABAD at our BEGUMPET location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BANKING SECTOR. The role offers 15000 TO 20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in KANDDA,TAMIL,MALYALAM,MARATHI,TELEGU,ENGLISH AND HINDI(2 LANGUAGE). You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days during the 10am to 6.30pm shift.
