Customer Support Agent (Flipkart Seller Support - Work From Office)
Scope of Work: Agents will handle calls from Flipkart (FK) sellers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of their concerns. All agents must fluently speak, write, and comprehend English and Hindi.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication in English.
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of documented experience in any customer service field (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or Counseling).
Six days working with rotational off.
Immediate joining required.
Paid training – mandatory to clear certification post-training.
