Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in Malayalam. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 10th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
