Job Position: Airtel BB •Customer Support Executive
Location : Indore
Qualification : Any Graduates/Undergraduates
Language Requirement : Candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English.
Working Days : 6 days a week
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift (Females: 6 AM – 8 PM, Any 9 Hours for Others)
Off: 1 Rotational Off
Work Type: Work from Office
CTC (Cost to Company): Up to ₹11,300 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide efficient and effective support to Airtel Broadband customers for general inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving broadband connectivity issues.
Guide customers in setting up, configuring, and using their Airtel Broadband services.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints and queries by offering timely solutions.
Identify technical issues and escalate them to the relevant department when needed.
Complaint Handling:
Register customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner while keeping the customer informed of the status.
