• Handle international customer queries via calls for Western Union
• Provide accurate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines
• Work in a rotational shift environment (majorly night shifts)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
Work Schedule:
• 5.5-day workweek with 9.5-hour shifts
• Rotational shifts & week-offs (Majorly night shifts)
Salary & Benefits:
• Fresher: ₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)
