We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle tax-related calls for our automotive clients. You will be responsible for contacting vehicle owners regarding due or upcoming road tax, registration renewals, and other related compliance matters, ensuring timely communication and excellent service.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle tax dues and renewal reminders.
Provide accurate information about road tax processes, fees, and deadlines.
Handle inbound queries related to tax documentation, compliance, and payments.
Maintain detailed call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure tax completion and document submission.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicle tax, RTO procedures, and compliance (training can be provided).
Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
