We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive for post sales job in our team for our company named as Procyon Star Private Limited.
We run a Air Conditioner Brand called as Circolife, our brand is registered in 19 countries and we soon to be global.
This role involves handling of post sales service-related calls, providing exceptional customer support and addressing queries and concerns related to Air Conditioners.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience of minimum 2 years in customer service and should be proficient in English, Hindi / Marathi.
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
This position requires minimum qualification of Graduate and the candidate should be willing to work in day shifts.
