Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling customer interactions across various channels. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Note: A personal laptop is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
· Ensure prompt resolution and follow-up on customer concerns.
· Maintain customer data and call records accurately.
· Provide a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
· Coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
Additional Notes:
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be helpful for managing customer information and interactions.
· Training will be provided for CRM usage if required.
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable using basic computer tools and applications.
· Laptop is mandatory.
· Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
