We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive-Telemarketing to join our client's team for our [•client based••] in Bangalore at BTM Layout location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to renewal of Motor Insurance. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on dedicated software and follow-up regularly.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Make follow-up outbound calls,shoot mails & send msgs to customers explaining all the features and benefits of the policy clearly & updating regarding timely renewal of policies.
Close successful leads by enabling payments & issuing policies.
Any other related work as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years or more experience in customer service or a tele-caller role and should be proficient in Kannada & English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
