• Any Graduate Fresher or with experience
• HSC with minimum 1 year of work experience
• Proficiency in communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and solve queries for customers via inbound phone calls
• Handle inquiries related to client products and services efficiently
• Deliver prompt and professional customer support
Work Schedule:
• 5 Days Rotational Working
• 2 Days Rotational Weekly Offs
