Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate in Mumbai. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) and ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customers’ problems or concerns.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to products/services and offer solutions or alternatives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while dealing with customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record and document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other teams (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
Continuously learn about new product updates and processes to provide up-to-date support.
Achieve performance metrics such as average response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and report customer feedback to management.
