Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a regional language.

Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0-0.5 years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in Hindi/ Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 10th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
