Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, booking appointments, and informing about special service offers.
Attend inbound calls regarding service queries, appointment rescheduling, and basic issue resolution.
Provide accurate information about service packages, warranties, and repair status updates.
Coordinate with the service advisors and workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager if required.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collect post-service feedback and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
Achieve targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and service follow-ups.
