Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales / BPO Tele-calling / Client Coordination
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong follow-up skills & attention to detail
• Graduate preferred
Job Details:
• Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination with clients for Purchase Orders (POs), invoices & payment follow-ups
• Send quotations for new requirements from existing clients & followup for PO
• Regular follow-ups for payments & prepare purchase order documentation
• Handling client queries over calls & emails
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintaining client records, trackers & reports
• Ensuring excellent client relationship & service levels
